Chesham Taekwondo,a great way to keep fit!
Chesham Taekwondo is a member of the BUTF (British United Taekwondo Federation), which is renowned for its very high standards, run by a team of masters, headed by Grandmaster Choy 9th dan, one of only two 9th dans in the country.
Chesham club runs two nights (Wed and Thurs) for 10yr old and above and has a variety of ages up to 50+ years old, so don't think you're too old to start! There is also a class on Friday evening for 7 to 12 yr olds. This class isn't quite so intense as the senior class but still encompasses all the virtues of a traditional martial art; fitness, discipline and self control.
